📦 Orders & Customization
How do I place a custom order?
Simply choose your product, enter your personalization details, and upload any images (if applicable). Our team will take care of the rest.
Can I preview my design before it’s made?
Yes! For most custom orders, you’ll receive a design proof within 1–3 business days. You can request unlimited edits before approval.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 12 hours after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@threadani.com.
⏱ Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 3–5 business days after design approval.
Where are your products made?
All Threadani products are proudly made and embroidered in the Vietnam.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after production.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship to select international locations.
✏️ Design Proofs
What if I don’t like the design proof?
No worries! You can request edits until you’re happy. We only proceed once you approve the design.
What happens if I don’t respond to the design proof?
If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, we may proceed with the design to avoid delays.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos. We’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
When can I request a refund?
Refunds are available for:
- Cancellations within 12 hours
- Orders with defects or errors on our part
- Lost or missing items due to delivery issues

🧵 Product Quality
Will the embroidery fade or peel?
No. Our embroidery is stitched to last using high-quality threads and professional machines.
Are colors exactly the same as shown online?
We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
