Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by contacting us at support@threadani.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Please note that we may be unable to cancel orders submitted after the 24-hour window, as your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment.

We kindly ask that you allow up to 12 business hours for our team to respond to your request.

If your cancellation request was submitted on time but missed by our team and the order is shipped anyway, Threadani will issue a full refund once the item is returned to us.

Replacement & Exchange Orders

Replacement or exchange requests must also be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to process exchanges after production has begun.
